Turnkey Project Management
Our corporate and governmental clients have identical expectations from a land and right of way acquisition services provider. They want to know that their projects will be managed well and that quality will be tightly controlled with an eagle eye on budgets and deadlines.
At Cinnabar, we believe that use of our company's resources in a complete project management - or "turnkey" - capacity, facilitates a broader perspective of an entire project. For example, Cinnabar personnel have been the first professionals on the ground in land and right of way acquisition projects and our personnel have been the last to leave. We have performed initial ground reconnaissance to assist clients in validating a proposed route or site. Physical observations often reveal unexpected challenges, such as cultural sites that have been hidden from view for years, potentially sensitive environmental issues, or structures that do not appear on maps or aerial photos that have been used for preliminary planning.
After construction has been completed, our agents have been responsible for contacting landowners to negotiate money settlements for damages that may have occurred during the construction process. Damage to crops, drainage systems, fencing and structures are a regular by-product of the construction process. Only after these matters are resolved can acquisition files be closed.
It is our opinion that our experience as "first in and last out", along with having performed virtually all tasks associated with securing the necessary easements or any of the many other forms of land use rights in between, Cinnabar offers a truly global perspective of how a land and right of way acquisition project can be most efficiently and effectively run.
Cinnabar is prepared to act as the prime contractor or lead consultant an any land rights acquisition project, including direct interaction with engineering and design firms and coordination of subcontractors such as surveyors, appraisers, and demolition companies.
We pride ourselves on our ability to keep projects on schedule, on budget, out of court, and out of the newspaper.
