Project Closeouts

At the conclusion of a project, all files will be audited for completeness and each file officially closed. All official files, both paper and electronic, along with any data bases or other electronic information deemed useful by the client, will then be formally transferred to the designated client representative.

Field offices, if and when applicable, are shut down by the Cinnabar project manager upon the completion of all project tasks. Proper notice of intent to vacate is given to the office landlord in accord with the office lease. All utility services are notified of the date to discontinue services. Leased furniture and equipment are returned to the proper vendor(s). The office is appropriately cleaned and possession is returned to the landlord.

Upon completion of all closeout tasks by Cinnabar, our clients can be confident that the land and right of way acquisition portion of the project is done and can be taken off their radar.
