Landowner Liaison

Cinnabar is aware of the sensitivity associated with the initial introduction to landowners. Our agents know they seldom have a second chance to make a first impression. Our project managers and field agents make best efforts to meet and introduce themselves to landowners prior to the first request for survey access and/or presentation of offers. Establishment of trust and familiarity with the agent representatives of the client can prevent losing an agreement and avoid irreparable harm to a project.

Our agents get to know the property owners at the outset of a project, often when the initial request is made for right-of-entry permission for surveyors and appraisers. These agents also often act in a construction liaison capacity to assure the landowners that construction contractors adhere to any construction restrictions that may have been incorporated into original easements or purchase agreements.

Perhaps most importantly, by our agents establishing the "landowner liaison" relationship, landowners know who to call when they need information, clarification, someone to listen while they vent a little bit, or the person they can most rely upon to help produce results.
