Data and Document Management

Managing data and documents, often one of the most difficult - and critical - project tasks, has been an ongoing focus of Cinnabar's information technology development. Our belief, from having learned it the hard way, is that the approach to records keeping should be identical on all of our projects.

Always leaving flexibility for special client needs, a systematic approach to data and documents administration provides maximum accountability. Designated client representatives should be able to walk into the Cinnabar project office and immediately have access to any parcel file and be able to quickly learn the status of the parcel activity.

Cinnabar employs state-of-the-art technology. If desired, our clients can access the data base on specific projects using company computers from remote locations - with secure, read-only permission - to view the most recently updated project records.

We have access to skilled data and documents specialists for assignment to large and small projects to oversee the establishment and operation of an effective data and documents management system.
