Cinnabar Southwest is the newest of The Cinnabar Companies.  Beyond providing the quality land and right of way acquisition services that have been the Cinnabar mainstay, Cinnabar Southwest has assumed the lead role in providing specialized land services to the railroad industry and industrial and commercial development interests.

With more than 70 years of combined railroad experience, Cinnabar Southwest is a valuable resource for railroad companies and other rail-related enterprises.  Cinnabar Southwest President Wes Greavu has conducted site location research, market research and acquisition analysis for rail yard facilities and industrial users in Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee, California and other states.  He has "hands-on" experience with locating and initiating intermodal (rail-to-truck) transload services in several markets.

In addition, Cinnabar Southwest is a full service commercial brokerage, providing land and real estate consulting services to a wide variety of industrial and residential users.  For example, industrial development and economic development clients rely on Cinnabar Southwest for in-depth site research and feasibility analyses to help them attract and locate their desired client types.
